Sometimes, at least it seems like, the frame is even more important than the content itself. Not without good reason the framing of pictures is a profession in its own. But anyone who has ever looked for a frame in the desired material and design, the right size and the optimal passepartouts, will have noticed that the search is anything but easy with the multitude of providers and models.

  • The frame size (inside) indicates the image size. If your image has this format, it will fit exactly in the frame.
  • The visible area is reduced by 0.6 cm on each side and top / bottom by the frame rebate.
  • The frame comes with a 2.5 mm thick MDF back plate included.
  • There are metal hangers for portrait and landscape format stamped on the back of the MDF back wall.
  • The acrylic glass pane is equipped both inside and outside with a protective film. This must be removed after transport.

Quickly and easily configure picture frames online

So that you too can find the right picture frame for your individual content, we have a large selection of materials available for you. Our picture frame configurator combines the different options in one intuitive application. No matter whether you are looking for a simple, inexpensive model made of plastic or a splendid and noble solid wood frame.

In the first step you can choose between solid wood, MDF wood fibre, aluminium or plastic in combination with different frame designs. Of course you can choose from more than 20 different colours and four different glazing options. These vary in thickness and the intensity of the reflection.

Now the visual appearance is fixed and we need the desired size of the picture frame. We can cut your frame to the millimetre up to a maximum size of 100 cm x 150 cm. So it does not matter if you need a standard frame or a special format. Finally, you can choose whether you would like a frame with a passepartout or just a monochrome background. Passepartout cuts can also be specified with millimetre precision and separately for each page. Finally, our smart configurator will show you the purchase price in real time according to your selection.
